Athletes Talk for Schools – “Mind Gym”“Shall We Talk” organises “Mind Gym”, a series of talks by athletes for secondary schools, from January to August 2025. Athletes are invited to the schools to share their personal experiences of facing adversities and negative emotions. The aim is to help students learn how to handle stress with a positive attitude and embrace different emotions. At the end of the talks, there will be an interactive game session to help students gain information on mental health, thereby reducing their misunderstanding and discrimination towards people with mental health needs. To learn more about the “Mind Gym”, please refer to the following poster, articles and social media content. The name “Mind Gym” is chosen to emphasise that in addition to training our bodies, adjusting our mindset also contributes to maintaining a balance in our lives. |

(Chinese version only)
