Embrace Tranquillity, Discover the Small Joys in Life

“Shall We Talk” launched a campaign to encourage the public to slow down and identify the small, heartwarming moments around them to promote mental health. From 19 March to 8 April 2026, a themed interactive play wall was installed at Kowloon Tong MTR Station to promote four animal characters and distribute themed magnets as souvenirs. Additionally, the “Find the Animals" spot was held at Admiralty MTR Station from 27 March to 9 April. Participants could watch the “Embrace Tranquillity, Discover the Small Joys in Life" animation on-site and redeem exquisite souvenirs by checking in on social media. These efforts aimed to promote mental health messages and the "Shall We Talk" brand.
